One of our long-time clients had a family emergency just as they were preparing to host a backyard graduation party. The lawn hadn't been mowed in three weeks, the flower beds were overgrown, and they were overwhelmed. We got the call late on a Thursday afternoon—two days before the event. Even though our schedule was already packed, we rearranged our route and made it there first thing Friday morning. We didn't just mow the lawn.
